Thomas Boynton has over 32 years of construction experience overseeing services in estimating, engineering, operations and cost management on marine infrastructure projects. His strength is in building teams that focus on safe work, resulting in successful projects in both the private and public sector.
Thomas received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Justin Brewer has been both a successful collaborative team leader and structures Superintendent during his 20+ year career in heavy civil, vertical, and horizontal construction.
He is accomplished in all types of structure and foundation work including deep excavation, offshore, marine deep foundation, barge work, piling of all varieties, drilled and socketed piles, and concrete structures.
